Job Context

This role is responsible to design/conceptualize Heath, Safety and Environment related policies, processes system and evaluation for any exigency at the group

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to build a safety culture in the organization.

• Design Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and processes across the organization

• Conducting & Monitoring HSE initiatives and safety meetings/discussions/training programs across plants/units

• Monitor the man-days lost due to accident incident within the organization.

• Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations and industrial processes

• Recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards

• Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing, based on those finding take preventive measurements.

• Responsible for initiating HSE & Compliance related certification for all the plants/units

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in

Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical

• Training/Trade Course: NEBOSH

Maintenance Safety Management, Safety compliance.
